Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be returned in "like new" condition with all original packing intact. You will receive a full refund minus shipping if all conditions are met. There will be no returns on all “special” or “as is” sale items. All “special” or “as is” sales are final. Please call (818) 988-9085 to let us know you are intending to return your order and to obtain a RMA.

When sending your product back to TML Group, Inc., please make sure to (1) print your original receipt you received via email at the time of purchase and include with your package (2) and please make sure to use a trackable and insured shipping method; we cannot accept COD returns, and we cannot be not responsible for goods lost in shipping. We will email you once your return is processed.
